Keeping the Texas Panhandle Clean Since 2008
We handle the full range of commercial and industrial pressure washing — from weekly restaurant drive-thru cleanings to one-time farm equipment jobs. No residential work, no personal vehicles, no RVs. Just heavy-duty equipment and know-how built for business.
Here's everything we do:
Concrete & Drive-Thru Cleaning
We clean dozens of restaurants on a regular schedule — most monthly, some bi-monthly, and our busiest accounts weekly.
We use a surface cleaner: a sealed unit with a spinning bar and four pressure tips that cleans large concrete surfaces evenly, edge to edge. It's the only way to properly clean a drive-thru or lot at scale. Many pressure washing companies rely on hand-held wands alone for these jobs — and it shows in the results.Building Cleaning
Every surface calls for a different approach. We couldn't use the same chemical on a building that we use on concrete — it would strip paint and damage landscaping. From mild degreasers to industrial-strength solutions, we know exactly what each surface and stain requires.
We also handle building washing at height, including multi-story exteriors. No job is too big.Gum Removal
Chewing gum is the single most common thing we remove from concrete — more than dirt, oil, or grease. Most power wash companies skip it entirely, since it takes serious time and equipment to lift. We always remove it. (One local restaurant parking lot took us 21 hours — tens of thousands of pieces of gum.)
It's worth doing quickly: the sorbitol in gum starts seeping into concrete after about three months, leaving a permanent stain once removed. First-time cleanings with heavy buildup may carry an additional charge.Dumpster Pad Cleaning
Dumpster pads and back docks accumulate more grime than almost any other area on a commercial property. Our standard restaurant service includes sidewalks, dumpster pad, back dock, and patio — plus drive-thru where applicable.Farm Equipment Cleaning
Farm and industrial equipment can get seriously muddy and grimy. We get it clean — no matter how bad it looks going in.
Transporting dirty equipment can also draw attention from the State Highway Patrol. If a trooper flags your load for cleanliness before it can continue its route, give us a call before you transport — it's a lot cheaper than a fine.Bird Dropping Removal
Pigeons and doves are common across the Amarillo area, and they tend to nest in signage, rafters, and building fascia — leaving a mess on the entryway below. Bird droppings can also carry disease that's transmissible to humans, so prompt cleanup matters.
Asphalt Removal
Small black marks on concrete are usually asphalt, tracked in on tires from freshly paved roads or lots. Asphalt bonds tightly to concrete and is tough to remove — even with a powerful pressure washer. We use a soybean-based degreaser designed specifically for this job, with excellent results.Industrial Equipment Cleaning
Commercial trucks and rigs carrying dirty equipment can be pulled over by the State Highway Patrol — in most states, a trooper can stop a route until the equipment is cleaned. We get vehicles clean fast; call ahead of a transport to avoid a costly delay or fine.Pigeon Proofing
Pigeons and doves can be a persistent problem. We apply a sticky (harmless) repellent that discourages nesting — guaranteed for six months, though it typically lasts closer to a year before reapplication is needed.
